Abrasive Metering Valves
A metering valve in a media blast machine precisely controls the flow of abrasive media from the blast pot to the blasting hose. It regulates the amount of media mixed with compressed air, ensuring consistent performance, reducing waste, and optimizing efficiency. Different types of metering valves, such as manual or automatic, allow for adjustments based on media type and blasting requirements.
Pressure release systems can be used with both manual and automatic valves. Pressure hold systems must have an automatic metering valve.
