MPV Manual Pinch Tube Abrasive Metering Valve

The MPV is great for steel grit!

Unlike a flat sand valve, which will sieze up when steel grit or shot gets under the metering plate, the MPV pinches a rubber tube to set the flow rate. This makes it ideal for all types of grit, especially metallic abrasives.

The rubber tube inside the MPV is easily replaced, so the valve body lasts a long time. Like many Clemco metering valves, an inspection door is provided so the user can look inside the valve with minimal breakdown, and even clear obstructions on the job site.
