The PosiTest DFT Ferrous is a compact, low-cost dry film thickness gauge for non-magnetic coatings such as paint and powder on steel. It uses the same proven probe technology as the PosiTector 6000 in a simpler package, making it a good fit for powder coaters, painting contractors, inspectors and automotive refinishers who need reliable readings without memory or data transfer.

Compatibility

Measures non-magnetic coatings on steel and iron only. For aluminum, brass and other non-ferrous metals choose the PosiTest DFT Combo (DFTC). Verify with certified standard S2 and zero plate STDZSTL.
