Operational Requirements

Nozzle size must match air supply (cfm), blast machine capacity, and hose/piping ID. Oversized nozzles cause low pressure and hose wear; undersized hinder media flow. Replace when orifice wears 1/16-inch beyond original size.

Operation

Insert the appropriate washer into the nozzle holder and screw in the nozzle (for threaded series) or attach via quick-coupling (for SDX). Direct the nozzle at the surface, maintaining 18-36 inches distance, and activate the remote control. Move smoothly with overlapping passes. Inspect daily and replace when worn.
