Clemtex SpinBlast 2, 8" to 36" I.D. Pipe, w/ 5/16" Nozzles

The SpinBlast 2 is the next generation of Clemtex’s I.D. pipe blasting tool. It cleans the interior of pipe from 8" to 36" I.D., connecting to most abrasive blasting machines in place of a standard nozzle. As the tool passes through the length of the pipe, abrasive is ejected by two nozzles mounted on a rotating head.

What’s new in the SpinBlast 2

The Rev. 2 tool adds a spring-loaded rear-end housing that automatically maintains pressure on the rubber-lined nipple. On the original SpinBlast this pressure had to be set by hand and re-checked as the seal wore. The spring does it continuously, which means:

• No manual adjustment required
• Faster setup between pipe runs
• More consistent blast profile as the nipple wears
• Reduced downtime

Carriage sold separately

A centering carriage is not included with the tool and must be purchased separately. The Universal Centering Carriage (CT SB636CCU) covers the full 8"–36" range.

Already own a SpinBlast?

The spring-loaded rear end is available on its own as the Rear End Kit (CT SB6369K), which converts an existing SpinBlast to the Rev. 2 configuration.
