Paint Pockets® Overspray Arrestor
Paint Pockets® is a single-stage overspray arrestor for liquid and powder coating overspray in industrial, automotive and aerospace applications. Its three-dimensional "pockets" in the front face give more than twice the surface area of a flat pad, so the arrestor can capture and hold large quantities of overspray.
Features
- Arrests virtually all overspray: 99.84% overall arrestance, including the small 2.5 to 10 micron particles typical of spray finishing.
- Fewer filter changes: holds up to five times more overspray than other filters, cutting filter changes by up to 80%.
- Stable air flow: pockets collect overspray before airflow is noticeably restricted, helping keep transfer efficiency consistent.
- Low run-off: pockets help retain overspray, so there is less booth floor clean-up.
- Lower disposal costs: fewer changes means less waste, which matters most with hazardous waste.
- Strong when wet: superior wet tensile strength; loaded arrestors won't tear or sag.
Suitable for medium and high solids paints, powder coatings, water reduced paints, plural component coatings, stains and adhesives.
