Ideal for pipe 1" I.D. pipe. Does not include a centering carriage.
Clemtex Heavy Duty Spray Coaters are designed to apply internal coatings and linings to pipe. These tools have a pneumatic driven spray head that will spray most all coatings from the thinnest to the most viscous. The coating to be applied is fed to the spray head through a fluid manifold for maximum material disbursement.
The most popular setup is shown here. The Spincoater is attached directly to a paint tank with ball valves to control the fluid and air lines.
The SpinCoater can also be used with an airless setup. It is important to note the use of the back pressure orifice assembly.
