Form 2C Opacity Chart, 250/box

Form 2C is a black and white sealed opacity chart. The top is black the bottom is white with overall dimensions of 7-5/8 x 10-1/4 in (194 x 260 mm).

The header includes a writable area for recording: Date/Time, Formula, Batch Number, Notes.

A 1/4" diameter hole is centered just under the top of the chart.
