Portable Blasting Rooms:
These industry first abrasive blasting rooms can be delivered to a work site on a flat-bed trailer and can be dropped off for immediate use. The only thing the user must supply is air and electricity.
The room has a fully enclosed blasting area that is lighted and ventilated to OSHA requirements. The room has a full cyclone reclaim system, dust collector, Hood A/C Unit, CO Monitor and Control Panel on one skid.
Portable Maintenance Unit:
This small but effective portable trailer consists of a 185 cfm Air Compressor with a 3 cubic foot blast pot and air filter for your breathing hood.
This All-In-One unit is diesel powered and creates enough air pressure to fully sustain itself. The abrasive blasting pot comes with pneumatic air controlled dead-man valves and 50' of heavy duty 1" blasting hose.
Portable Air Drying System:
This trailer mounted moisture removal system is highly effective and extremely portable. Clemtex offers a fan cooled or refrigerated dryer to remove the moisture from your air to increase abrasive blasting efficiency. Both types DO NOT require electricity and operate off the air supplied to the dryer.
