Cleaning and Peening Media

   Blasting with cleaning and peening media will produce a clean and work hardened surface. Cleaning media is often used to touch up parts or to clean surfaces that have very high tolerance machining. Peening media will leave small welts on the surface which in turn make the surface harder and more resilient. We carry a wide variety of Abrasive Media for all types of applications and jobs.

Steel Shot is a high carbon, cast steel round media that is hardened and tempered that is used in centrifugal wheel blast machine and also used in applications requiring peening and hardening of critical surfaces.
